This policy explains what personal data Northgate Security collects through this website and during our work, why we collect it and what rights you have.
What we collect
When you send a request, we receive your name, phone number, email and anything you write about your site. During a site visit and installation we may also keep photos of the site, the as-built plan and the settings of your system.
Why we use it
We use this data to call you back, prepare a coverage plan and a price, install and maintain your system, and meet our legal and warranty duties. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Video from your cameras
Recordings stay on the equipment at your site unless you ask us to set up remote access or cloud storage. Our engineers view footage only when you ask for help, and only for as long as the task requires.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. Project documents are kept for the warranty period and as long as the law requires after it.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we need to run the business: hosting for this website, email and our accounting system. Each of them processes data on our instructions.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@northgate.co and we will reply within 30 days.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work and anonymous visit statistics. No advertising trackers are used.
